My intentions were good

Posted on

But then I ate all my Easter candy in one go. It wasn’t a huge amount, but it goes to show that a) people should not give me candy b) I have no self-control when it comes to some things and c) I can’t have some foods or snack foods in the house, because I’ll eat ’em.

I’m trying to find some kind of balance on the sweeties. I can go without, but then I feel deprived sometimes. But then I have too many. Somewhere, there has to be a happy medium, whereby I can have my cake and eat it, too. Just sometimes, because everyone needs a treat now and then. Something to work on.

Changes may be coming in my life. Which could be said every day, because you just never know what’s around the corner, but my Spidey tells me something’s up. Change can be a very welcome thing, and if this thing does happen, it’ll be for the good in the end. I believe that. Stay tuned, because the adventure continues.

Look at me, being all optimistic. It’s kind of nice, isn’t it?

Have a great day, all!
